New families in our charity program

 “We know well the date of our birthday, but no one knows the date of our death”. 

How true is this statement. When our partners visited us at the end of year 2007, we didn’t know that this year three people from our charity program will passed away. This is our God’s will indeed, but we were honored to help them in their sort last years/months.

Because of this sad situation, we felt to choose other people in our charity program. After some days of special prayers, we felt it’s a good idea to have three new people in our charity program. Here is, some information about our newest people in our charity program. 

Cotruta family

This family is living in Mihail Kogalniceanu, a village situated at 70 km from Botosani. This is the same village where Ciobanu family is living as well; in fact, the man with a blemish on his face is the brother of Simona Ciobanu.

As you could see in the pictures, they are living in a hard social situation, they only financial support is from the children allowance, the fieldwork and animals.

 They have four children: Florinel – 8 years old, Irinel – 6 years old, Andrei – 3 years old and Emanuel – 1 year old. Florinel is the bigger boy of this family. Incredible, but when his parents are at the fieldwork or at animals work, he is carrying to his little brothers, especially Emanuel who is one year old. They have a hard social life and we thank God for such a wonderful opportunity to help them by our charity program.

 Sofian family – Bucecea, Botosani

This new family is living on Bucecea, a small town situated at 22 km from Botosani. They have no financial support, except the children allowances. 

Cornel, the father, is working in the town at different houses to help people in different activities, he has a horse and a cartful and with this he can make different things to earn money for his family. They also have animals and fieldwork. This is the only financial support for their monthly needs.

 

In this moment, we have more 6 children, small children in our charity program. Praise the Lord. We have a big responsibility in front of our God for all of them. O, Lord help us to be a blessing of You for all of them.

The family: Sofian Cornel, Sofian Felicia - parents. Sofian Daniel, Sofian Daniela, Sofian Ionut, Sofian Andreea, Sofian Gabriel, Sofian Beniamin – the children.Three weeks ago, we have heard about this family and all the time we prayed God to give us a possibility to help them. Today, He gave us this blessing. A women refused to receive help from our mission work, and we thank God because He already has this family in His plans for us.   

 

Iacob family – Botosani

 This family is living in Botosani in a small apartment with one room. As you could see in the pictures, the man has mental problems after a brain/cerebral accident few years ago. He cannot walk alone and this is the main reason they sold their apartment with three rooms and buy a new one with one at the first floor. 

  They are both retired and have a small pension. This is not sufficient for their monthly needs, especially for his monthly medical treatment.  Here is their complete name: Iacob Pavel – 77 years old and Iacob Veronica – 72 years old. We are honored to have them in our charity documents and help monthly with a food parcel and spiritual counseling. 

 Special note:

 ”How great is our God”. This is the name of a beautiful Christian song, but it is also a good response of our charity ministry in present. We started this project in August 2005 with one person. Now, after three years we have exactly 49 people in our charity program ( widows, elderly, poor and needy families ) and 26 children. Wow. A beautiful and blessed ministry being done to the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Praise the Lord for this and thanks to our partners from England.

A new charity action on January 2008

We are profound thankful to God for a new charity action made in January 2008 in Botosani and some small villages. A group of 50 people received from our mission a special charity clothes donation. All clothes donation we received from our partners in England and it’s useful now for the winter season.

All people was delighted about our charity help and also because these winter clothes was sent in romania from an International Clothes Design, via Kids In Romania Foundation – our partners from London.

Thounsand of thanks to our mission partners from England because they gave us another possibility to share practically our Lord’s love to all these needy people.

A special charity project: our mission Christmas meal

What wonderful is our God. We had a charity project like this in our hearts from 2005 but only now, this year, it could be possible because of our partners from England and their friends & supporters. That’s because of a simple reason: we hadn’t enough money for a project like this in the past.  

On December 23rd, 2007 our mission vision became reality and we would like to tell you that it was a great joy and blessing of God for all people invited, especially for people from our charity program.

The place where we decided to have that Christmas meal was in Vladeni at the baptist church place. Why this location? First, here our mission president is working as pastor and some projects of us we have in a partnering with this small church. Second, we hadn’t a good and large place for this project because we already invited 50 people to join us. Well, could you realize that we had to find a good and large place for this? Third, our partners accepted to have more people at this meal from our church and also our mission children club kids was invited to be there with their families. These children always is helping us in our church Sunday services and they were so pleased to join us. We thank God because of this possibility. That’s why we had this Christmas project in that large location.

The meeting started at 10 o’clock in the morning with a special Sunday church service. All people had a lovely opportunity to praise God by songs, poems and personal testimonies. The pastor’s message that morning based on Psalm 121 and all people could find what great and wonderful God they have and also what He can do for them all the time in a bad situation/days.

When the church meeting was finished, we had the Christmas meal. We were so pleased to see how the people enjoyed together even if some of them never met before. We spent together a good time to fellowship, relaxation, unity in spirit, love and understanding. All the time, they talk each other, share their life experiences and makes good friendships; we indeed felt like a family, a family which is part of a big one: the Lord’s Family. Praise the Lord for this wonderful experience.

We also could see an interesting situation there; some friends of us told us the same thing that day: although some of them never met before during the Christmas meal all people felt so good and bearing as if they knew each other for a long time. You could see a big family there where anyone can find peace, love, concern, unity, understanding and the joy to be together at this Christmas special meal.

Some people from our church and our charity program couldn’t be there with us because of their health/medical condition. We didn’t forget them and at the end of this meal, we made special food parcels for all of them and some friends of us was commissioned to bring it to them at home. So, all people from our charity program enjoyed of our Christmas meal even missed people.

We thank you so much in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for your financial support. Without your help a project like this never could be happened. Because of your help and open hearts over 50 people enjoyed of our Christmas meal and we thank you because you gave such a possibility like this to bring together all these people in this lovely Christmas project. One day, in the heaven, you will find how much God appreciated what you done for our mission this time.

A new social case in our mission and partners attention.

Clara Sandu, a lovely little girl – she has only 1,4 year old, lives with his family in Poiana – a village situated at 20 km near to Botosani. She has a heart malformation and is in a dangerous situation if our Romanian doctors don’t take his case for a heart surgical operation.

His parents, Luminita and Dorin Sandu, just have gone with her at Botosani and Bucharest for a medical investigation, last university doctors suggested them to go with Clara at Targu Mures University Hospital for an urgently surgical operation. In according to her new medical results from Bucharest, this surgical operation had to be done till now and their suggestion was it will be done in two or three months. After that, it’s possible she has bad spasms and finally a heart attack. Their parents, Luminita and Dorin Sandu, is waiting an answer from Targu Mures University Hospital as regards their approved. He hope this will be possible this month in November 2007.

In a lovely partnership with Kids in Romania Foundation our charity and missionary society took over this little girl social case in our charity documents. We always are informed about her and his family and weekly we have a phone talking with them in Poiana.

We also can inform you that family received a financial support from our mission – 10.000.000 lei for their travel for a medical investigation in Bucharest and also for his daughter surgical operation at Targu Mures, clothes, sweets and toys for Clara and his sister, Ioana Sandu.

Our partners from England – Kids in Romania Foundation and our mission president decided to take this family in our charity program and we are honoured to offer a monthly food support to this family began October 2007. They need it so much and we are conscious this help is too small in comparison with their hard social situation. 

We thank our partners from England – Kids in Romania Foundation and their friends & supporters, because they were opened in this new social case and we also pray that our good Lord Jesus Christ bless this family and his little daughter and help them to surpass well this hard experience.

During of July 31Th-August 5Th 2007 period, our charity and missionary society had another possibility to give a great holiday for a group of 24 people ( kids, young people, some adults ). Our summer camp location was in ”HOLIDAY” CAMP from Mamaia, a special and beautiful place for a wonderful vacation, not so far on beach and very clean. In this place, our group had a nice experience to spend 7 days on Romanian Black Sea Seaside.

The time spent together, some different games, the visits at MC Donald’s – Aquarium and Dolphinarios from Constanta, bible studying, prayers and worship time every morning and evening, English meal, evening walking on beach and, also, sleeping in tents, made this summer camp a wonderful and memorable experience which we are sure these people cannot forget for a long time.

Most of them confessed never saw our Romanian seaside so far, neither at least on TV. They came from families with reduced financial and material support. We are so glad because in partnership with Kids in Romania Foundation we had this great possibility to offered them such a wonderful and memorable holiday. All people saw practical our Lord Jesus Christ love involved in this project of our mission work.

Through the agency of this website post, we want to give thousands of thanks to our partners from England, Mrs & Mr SUE and TERRY WRIGHT & Kids in Romania Foundation because they helped us to give this holiday to all these children and young people. Without their financial support, this project never will happened. This is the second edition of this exciting project. Wow, God is so great and good with us.

Praise the Lord for the Wright family; they worked a lot every day because they want we feel good in this vacation. And, we did, thank God.  Also, a big “thank you” for their sponsors who was so kind with us to gave their financial support to make possible this holiday, once again this year at Mamaia, Constanta.

A charity action June-August 2007

During of June-August 2007 period, our charity and missionary society had a wonderful privilege to share our Lord Jesus Christ love and special attention for 15 families by a charity and social action in Botosani and some different areas near to Botosani. After a social investigation, these families received a special food donation from our mission: some different types of soups, baked beans, spaghetti in tomato sauce, and so on.

Through the agency of this website post, we want to give our special thanks to our partner in this project: “Nehemiah” Charity Association from Dorohoi, Romania and, also, to Mr. Benoni Mirauta - who is director of this charity foundation.  They gave us the whole food quantity we need in this special charity action.

A new blessing: more three sponsors in our charity work with widows, elderly, poor and needy families

Someone said one day: “When a ministry has our God support, love and appreciation, the results always are a proof in this way”.

When we started our charity work with widows, elderly, poor and needy families in August 2005, we primary had only two widows in this program. Each month, they received a food parcel, periodically medical and spiritual assistance. After the event, another seven people was accepted in our charity work.

Our partners from England, Mrs & Mr SUE and TERRY WRIGHT & Kids in Romania Foundation, told us two weeks ago three new sponsors are ready to join us in this charity program, as partners of us. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for this wonderful news because in this moment we have 11 people in our charity work with widows, elderly, poor and needy families ( 9 widows and 2 families with reduced financial and material support ).

We praise God for this wonderful ministry, opened here in the honor of our Lord Jesus Christ. He reached the people and make them to feel like us, after this He gave them a big and open hearts to involve in, as partners of us.

Thousands of thanks for Mrs & Mr SUE and TERRY WRIGHT & Kids in Romania Foundation for everything they made for us till now. They are special for us and we are sure one day, they will find how much God liked and appreciated what they did for His glory in that wonderful ministry. All results we had till now, are a proof this ministry is blessed.

An urgently (imperious) social need solved

An urgently social need solved

Last month, we had an urgently need in our charity program entitled “Helping widows, elderly, poor and needy families”.  A nice widow called Ciobanu Domnica - 94 years old, had a serious accident and she broke his left leg. In this situation, she was in a walk impossibility and all time this old lady had to stay in bed.

Our mission  volunteer – Mrs Carmen Motora, she has the responsibility of our mission charity and social department, made a home social investigation and Laurentiu, Ciobanu Domnica’s nephew, told her about his medical condition and about their special need: to help them to find a wheel chair ( a walk chair ).

We saw this is a good solution in his medical situation in that moment and we took this as our responsibility. We made this situation public and sent our request to all our Romanian friends. Praise the Lord because a charity association from Dorohoi called “Nehemiah” Charity Association found about this and asked our mission president to go in Dorohoi to have a special meeting about this social case. This charity association gave our mission the possibility to solved this imperious need and sent us a wheel chair for this old lady.

Through the agency of this website post, we want to give our mission thanks to this charity association and especially their director, Mr. Benoni Mirauta because they had a good understanding of this situation and had open hearts in this special social need.

May God bless them in all their charity ministry for the glory of God on the earth.
