The end of year 2007 is the second consecutive year when we were honoured to spent near to our partners from England – Sue & Terry Wright. We thank God for this lovely opportunity and for the memories we had for a long time.

They arrived in Botosani on Saturday evening and although they’re tired because of the travel between Oradea – Botosani, they were so happy and thankful to God because we met again for a new year together. We also were so glad because we met them, Sue & Terry are a special family for us who always are ready to makes the people feel good.

Sunday morning, we spent together at Vladeni with our church in a special Sunday morning service. Terry had a good message for all people who was in the church that morning and our mission children club kids also had a special worship time with songs, poems and biblical stories. At the end of the service, all children and their brothers received a lovely Christmas gift from their sponsors in England. We thank you for your lovely Christmas gifts.

Could you realize what joy and happy felt the children when they met Sue and Terry again? Most of them spent their summer holiday at Mamaia because they were involved in our charity program called “SEASIDE 2007″ – a charity program dedicated to children and young man from needy and poor families. They had a lovely and memorable summer holiday and were so happy to met them again this time in Vladeni at the end of the year 2007.

At the end of our church service, we had a special prayer time for two things: first, we prayed for Clara, a special baby who lives near to his parents and his sister in Poiana, a small village situated at 26 km from Botosani city. We already have some posts about his health condition on website and please read it carefully if you would like to find our latest news about his medical situation. Second, we also prayed for the aids children. In that afternoon, after lunch, we had to visit them at hospital to give some special Christmas gifts.

After lunch, we made a visit at hospital to see the children who was hospitalized that time there. We thank God because we have no problem to visit them and all medical personnel’s was so opened and kind with us. We could give some special Christmas gifts and fruits to all children which we found in hospital that day and also we had some Christmas gifts, sweets and fruits for Aids Children. In that hospital, there is a wing where people with aids problems are hospitalized for proper treatment they need. We had for all children a Christmas shoe boxes from The Samaritan’s Purse, sweets and fruits. Praise the Lord for this wonderful opportunity to share our Lord Jesus Christ love practically to all people who are in a suffering condition.

Each time when we opened a door, the hospitalized children from there enjoyed when they saw us with a special Christmas gifts for them and also they were so perplexed that some strange people who never met before gave them that gifts for free, we have a word in Romania “in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ”. Wonderful, isn’t it?

After hospital visit, we went to see Clara Sandu in his village situated at 25 km from Botosani city. There, we were welcome and his family was so much because finally they could know the people who helped them at their first medical investigation on Bucharest with a financial support.

Sometimes Clara cried because she didn’t know our partners Sue & Terry Wright and in his little mind she perhaps identity them with his doctors from Targu Mures University Hospital. Our partners had a special gift from their sponsors for his family, sweets and fruits for Clara and his sister, Ioana. Clara also received a special gift: a tricycle.

At the end of the visit, we had a special prayer time for Clara and his mother who are ready to go again at the end of January at Targu Mures Hospital. Then, she could be operated if all things will be good. Maybe in February, or in March.

In the last day of the year, we could visit some people from our charity program. They received a special Christmas gifts from Sue and Terry and also from their church in England. We cannot visit all people from our charity program because we hadn’t enough time for that, but we made it few days ago. Well, all people received their Christmas gifts from their sponsors.

In the evening, we had dinner together and enjoy because we had another opportunity to spent a new year again in Romania. We also had a talk about our future plans in our mission work and partnering and at midnight we went to see the new year fireworks in the centre of Botosani city.

Next day, on January 1st 2008, our partners left from Botosani to England in the morning. Although they were tired because of the schedule we had that days, they never complain because of that and all the time they were ready to have a Romanian work day.

We would like to think these days was a blessed time for them and we thank God because they helped us to have another charity action at the beginning of the year. More details about this new charity action in the next post.
