Our mission Christmas project 2009

We are grateful to God for the opportunity to share in different ways our Lord Jesus Christ’s love to many people. Even if this year we hadn’t a large project like last year because of the financial support, we are glad because God helped us to bring happiness and joy in some people’s lives.

Food aid support

All people from our charity program received a food aid support before Christmas. This came from our sponsors – Kids in Romania Foundation and it’s a great blessing of God for their basics needs. Most of them depend of this food aid; they have not a reliable financial situation and this monthly help is always a great blessing of God for their needs.

We are thankful to God for such a wonderful opportunity to give this charity gift to all of them. Thousands of thanks to Kids in Romania Foundation for their lovely support. Read more…

Christmas 2010 – a blessed time

Dear friends,

We just wanted to share with you some aspects of our Christmas projects 2010. We have had a wonderful and blessed time together and we are thankful to God for such a wonderful time. We would like to share this with you all.

Christmas is a time of preparation and of celebration of the birth of our Lord, the Messiah, Jesus Christ. It is a time for fellowship, warmth, gifts, song, good food, memories …  this year like last years, we planned to help others to make Christ Jesus, the center of our Christmas season. God helped us to do that and we are thankful for His wisdom, power and guidance.

Jesus is much more to us than the infant in the cradle, watched over by his mother Mary and Joseph and the shepherds and announced in praise and worship by the angels. He is the reason of this Christmas season and we are thankful to God because the salvation of Christ was spread in different places and many people joined us in a special time of praise and fellowship. Easter 2011

Dear friends and supporters of St. Andrews Christian Mission Romania,

We really were blessed by God this year on Easter celebration and before and we wanted to share that with you. I hope you will enjoy finding out how God has worked in our charity and missionary work on Romania this period.

HE IS RISEN!

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee.  There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said  to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

Gospel of Matthew 28:5-10 – New International Version

Without Easter, there would be no hope of heaven. Without the hope of heaven, there would be no repentance, no personal transformation, no attempt to follow biblical principles. Without Easter, the world would be in chaos and darkness. Jesus’ death and resurrection means we can be reborn, to live better, to do better, to shine light into the shadows. Hallelujah!

Rejoice and be glad…  Christ is risen! May you always feel the love of our Savior shining brightly in your life. Read more…

A special need solved!

Few years ago ( June 25, 2007 ), we posted a special need into our website posts about a special tool necessary for our mission work on Romania: video projector. We knew that something like this isn’t cheap but we started to pray and trust God will help us to have it here in our ministry efforts.

We posted that a video projector like this will be useful for some reasons:  a) in our mission and evangelism efforts;  b) in our training centre for missionaries;  c)  different meetings: youth meeting, seminaries, our board meeting, our bible school by correspondence, … then we didn’t know how God will work to have one for us.
